Who sends these messages
Adjustly is a practice-management platform operated by Bluehorn LLC. Healthcare clinics use Adjustly to communicate with their patients. When you receive a text message through Adjustly, it is sent by the Adjustly platform on behalf of the clinic you booked with, and each message identifies the sender.
What messages you may receive
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Recall messages when it has been a while since your last visit
- Two-way conversations with your clinic about your care
- One-time passcodes used to verify your identity
How you opt in
You provide consent by checking the SMS consent box on your clinic's online booking form — it is not checked for you — or by giving your phone number and consent directly to the clinic. By opting in, you agree to receive the healthcare-related text messages described above at the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and your clinic's communication settings. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Adjustly and your clinic do not charge you for text messages.
How to opt out or get help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact your clinic directly. Opting out of text messages does not affect your appointments or your care.
