Healthcare information
Adjustly provides software that healthcare clinics use to run their practices. Protected health information you share with a clinic is handled by that clinic as the covered entity, and by Bluehorn LLC as its business associate, under a Business Associate Agreement and applicable law including HIPAA.
Mobile information & SMS
We do not sell your information. Mobile information — including your phone number and your consent to receive text messages — is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. It is used only to deliver the healthcare-related messages you opted into, and shared only with the service providers that help send them.
